Art-Away :
Washington, DC & Baltimore, MD

March 19-25, 2022 (for grades 10-12)

$1600 (includes car rental, meals and admission fees – airfare not included)

I initiated my Art-Away program in the spring of 2017 when I accompanied a small group of art students to my home turf of Baltimore and Washington. It had been a goal of mine to share the amazing and diverse art world of these two cities with my Boulder students.  I am excited to return with another group this coming spring. We will stay in the home of artist and faculty member at the Maryland Art Institute, Catherine Behrent. Her home and studio are located about 10 miles north of Baltimore, and a 50 minute drive to Washington.  Limited to 6 students.

Highlights of the Washington-Baltimore trip will include:

thank you!
Traveling with Page allows students to be artists in the world of art that can only serve to inspire them to go further, to use their talents to seek that place they can call their own. Thank you, Page!

As someone who is trying to figure out their future after high school, spending time in an art school or with people who work every day in art for their career was really interesting and helped me gain a new perspective on how art can impact me and my life.

Page is an artist, teacher and above all, someone who is genuinely passionate about sharing her brilliance with our community’s youth. This kind of rare combination is an amazing gift to our community and not to be missed!
